Band Update #6

FALL REGISTRATION – *** DUE May 4 ***

Please mail payment by Wednesday to guarantee it’s received by May 4.

Commitment forms can be scanned or photographed and emailed to apauls@wanee.org.  Commitment forms may also be USPS mailed to the high school.

Check payments to close out band accounts for the current school year and check payments for next school year can be USPS mailed to the high school.  *** The deadline for fall registration payment is May 4.  Woodwinds and Brass may claim the early pay-off discount, if they pay in full prior to this deadline.  *Guard and Percussion will have a later discount deadline based on the date their audition tbd.

BAND AWARDS

A survey for band awards has been posted here.  Please read it carefully.  This will help get approximate numbers for our order.  Seniors will be the highest priority for delivery.  PERHAPS seniors could get their orders when text books and student devices are returned.  Depending on the prevailing rules at that time PERHAPS underclassmen could do the same or they may need to wait until fall.

LITTLE CAESARS

The estimated mid-May delivery is getting closer.  Look for an announcement sometime next week.  It is anyone’s guess what the social distancing rules will be in May.  Do not yet rule out the chance that delivery might need to be delayed further.  We will know more as we get closer.

BAND CAMP

Is still on!  Check the online calendar for details.  Guard Camp will be added before tryouts begin.
