Gray - Assisant Band DirectorMrs. Gray is originally from the Columbus, OH area. She graduated from Pickerington High School in Pickerington, OH. Her musical studies took her to the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH where she earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education (flute) in 2002. |

Rot - Percussion InstructorAlex Rot grew up in Elgin, IL, and graduated from Larkin High School. In 2007, Mr. Rot received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from DePaul University in Chicago. Mr. Rot moved to Indiana in the summer of 2008; in addition to his involvement with the Red Regiment, Mr. Rot teaches 7th-grade General Music at NorthWood Middle School and is the assistant director of the NorthWood Middle School Pep Band. |

Yoder - Music ArrangerMr. Yoder has worked with Mr. Criss since 2006. Alex is a graduate of Ball State and Carroll High School (Ft. Wayne).  Jon
Bay - Drill WriterJon is originally from Mt. Summit, IN where he attended Blue River Valley High School. He then joined the Glassmen drum and bugle corps, where he marched "soprano" for 3 seasons - 94,95,96. After "Aging out" of the Glassmen, Jon was asked to be on the visual staff. In addition to his marching band experience, Jon is well-seasoned in both winter drumline and winter guard. Jon has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana Institute of technology. He is a "stay-at home" father of three children and husband to Jennifer Bay, Assistant Principal at Homestead High School in Ft. Wayne. |
